You pay for each family workspace you manage.
There is no per-seat charge for your team. You choose what to charge your clients for the service around it. Oikos is in development, so rates are agreed per programme for now.
How it works
- Each client family has its own workspace. That is the unit you pay for.
- Add a family when you take them on. Stop paying for it when you hand them over or offboard them.
- Your colleagues do not use up the client's seats.
- You can sell setup, data entry and document filing to your clients on top, and a partner firm can deliver it.
What is agreed per programme
- The rate for each family workspace and any minimum
- Branding and custom domain set-up
- What happens to a family's workspace when you leave: they continue with Oikos directly, or export everything
